Privacy Policy

As you know, businesses must adhere to certain standards regarding the collection and distribution of personal information. As required annually, the credit union will publish its privacy policy. The following is the credit union’s policy concerning members’ information:

“We will collect nonpublic, personal information about our members from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from the members on applications and other forms;
  • Information about member transactions with us, our affiliates or others;
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We will not disclose any nonpublic, personal information about our members and former members to anyone, except as permitted by law.

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have a joint marketing agreement. Any such company will adhere to our practice of strictly protecting the members’ personal financial information.

We will restrict access to nonpublic, personal information about our members to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to our members. We will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard the members’ nonpublic, personal information.”
